Draw my estate

Your platform, drawn from five answers.

Answer five questions and the blueprint marks itself up as your estate. Red is what you already have and keep, blue is what the estate brings, amber is what we'd talk through first. Nothing is sent until you choose to.

How many people will use it?
Who signs people in today?
What must the platform do?
What do you already run?
Where should it run?

Saving keeps these five answers, and nothing about you, under a private link only you get. From there you can email it to yourself or send it with an enquiry.

  1. AYour Active Directory stays. It joins the one sign-in, and its groups decide who opens what.
  2. BNew: chat, documents and video meetings, as services in the one estate, behind the one sign-in.
  3. CNew: search and AI over your own records, with the model keys held on the server.
  4. DYour PostgreSQL joins the nightly backup: encrypted, deduplicated, kept for a year.
  5. ENew: one door for every web service, with one certificate. The services behind it listen only inside.
  6. FWhere it runs is open: your servers, your cloud, or hosted for you. The drawing is the same for all three.

The drawing shows the eight layers every estate has. It isn't a quote or a design: those come after a conversation.
